**Objects:** 1) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF CATS AND KITTENS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN RESCUE HOMES OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION,CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS.2)TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CATS AND KITTENS BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE,PROTECTION,TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR ANIMALS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS,MALTREATMENT,POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG CATS AND KITTENS.

**Activities:** Provide shelter and medical treatment to sick, mistreated or abandoned cats and kittens, re-homing to suitable homes after vetting prospective owners. We are made aware of these animals by contact from members of the public, or other bodies such as vets and the local council. We also provide help and advice to members of the public or give details of someone who can help.
