This team have benefilled from the contact form on tho tharty wgbsite aTrJ social media plaiforms which have both provided fvrther sowces to be archived also providpd the publiG with greater access lo, and awareness of. the archive ilsew. This is another area to b8 d8velop8d. FINANCIAL ReviEW Wrihin the wiod the thority recewed lolal incom8 of £26.853. Notab￿, th8 charity received income from grants {£19.230) and donations {£3,4971 with fund raising activities also generating nccffle {£3.¥81}. Total pa￿￿entS in the p¥iod wwe £1,917. Expendituro was incurfed to host fund raisiro events (£1,261) and m¢Thy was also spent extending Th8 DesfLYd Heritsgg Trail1£630). The chwty has a reserves policy. This aims to ensure that no less than 20% of the kyior year exp8nditur8 is retained 8s a reserve fund and is lo ensure that the c8n operate duriro any unexpected ￿rIOd of reduced income. In line with this poli￿, the reserve fund should be maintained above £383. The ck)siro reserves are £24,936. All funds are unrestricted.
