## **1. Legal and administration**
IGREJA BATISTA ATITUDE is a registered charity (No.1209201) and a Charitable Incorporated Organisation ('CIO') whose principal address is NORTH HOUSE 1, GROUND FLOOR, MILTON KEYNES MK1 1SW
## **2. Governance and management**
There are currently five trustees;
Marcio Simonato Garcia;
Lucas Albano;
Cleydiane Coelho Soares Vescovi;
Vagner de Oliveira Campos;
Vinicius Pessotti Messner Campelo
The trustees meet regularly to make sure that the activities of and the decisions of the CIO are made in accordance with its constitution of 18 July 2024. The objectives of the CIO are defined at section 4 of that constitution as;
_TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN THE UK FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH PRAYER MEETINGS, BIBLE STUDY GROUPS, AND FELLOWSHIP GATHERINGS, FACILITATING SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND SUPPORT NETWORKS. TO ORGANISE PUBLIC CELEBRATIONS OF RELIGIOUS FESTIVALS SUCH AS EASTER AND CHRISTMAS, PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE COMMUNITY TO COME TOGETHER IN WORSHIP AND CELEBRATION_
## **3. Achievements**
The attached documents show that IGREJA BATISTA ATITUDE has performed well in the period to which this report relates and has met with its objectives as set out in its constitution and summarised at (20 above. Funds have been raised through tithes, collections and other events.

## **4. Financial review**
The financial performance of IGREJA BATISTA ATITUDE for the period in question has been strong with a reasonable system of record keeping and financial controls and a good relationship with donors (being principally those members who regularly attend its worship services). It is expected that those members will continue to support IGREJA BATISTA ATITUDE in the future.
## **5. Future plans**
IGREJA BATISTA ATITUDE Intends to continue to operate in broadly the same manner over the forthcoming financial year.

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT ON THE ACCOUNTS
For The Year Ended 31 December 2025
We report on the unaudited accounts of the charity for the period ending 31 December 2025 set out on pages 6 to 9
**Respective** As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the **responsibilities of** accounts; you consider that the audit requirement of section 43(2) of **Trustees and** the charities Act 1993 (the Act) does not apply. It is my responsibility **examiner** to state, on the basis of the procedure specified in the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners under section 43(7)(b) of the Act, Whether particular matters have come to my attention.
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General **Basis of** Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination **independent** includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a **examiner's** comparison of the accounts presented in those records. It also includes Report. consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matte rs. TI1e procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in a statutory audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts. **Independent** In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my **examiner's** attention (other than that disclosed overleaf): Statement. (I) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements
- to keep accounting records in accordance with section 41 of the Act: and
- to prepare accounts which record with the accounting records and to comply with the accounting requirements of the Act
have not met; or
(2) to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached
