The charity is managed by its trustees, who are responsible for ensuring that the organisation operates in accordance with its charitable objectives and governing document. The trustees confirm that they have had due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit when planning and carrying out the charity’s activities. ## **Activities and Achievements** During the year ended 30 April 2025, the charity distributed 100 support bags to individuals experiencing homelessness. Income received during the year totalled £976, including £75 in donations. No grants were received.
