Objects: To Further Or Benefit The Residents Of The Area Of Benefit As Shown On The Map At Annex 1 Without Distinction Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, By Associating The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations By Way Of The Provision And Maintenance Of A Community Centre For: A) Meetings, Lectures And Classes; And B) Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation, With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Inhabitants, Particularly Those Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Because Of Social And Economic Circumstances Do Not Have Other Such Access.
