## **Objectives and Activities**
Legacy Ministries International exists for the benefit of the public and aims to advance the Christian religion worldwide mainly, but not exclusively, by means of broadcasting Christian messages of an evangelistic and teaching nature, through the holding of teaching sessions and teaching conferences to inform others about the Christian religion, and through the holding of prayer meetings.
All of our events provide practical teaching regarding the Holy Spirit, prayer, worship, Bible study and the prophetic, giving participants the opportunity to explore their gifting.
When planning our activities for the year, we have considered the Commission’s guidance on public benefit and, in particular, the specific guidance on charities for the advancement of religion. We especially try to enable ordinary people to live out their faith through: worship and prayer; learning about the Gospel; developing their knowledge and trust in Jesus; identifying their gifting and facilitating its development; and outreach through missions trips.
## **Achievements and Performance**
_Warrior Class_
Warrior Class has continued to flourish over the past two months, with numerous testimonies bearing witness to the positive and lasting impact this project has had. We have seen lives strengthened, ministries sharpened, and in some cases even local churches encouraged and resourced through those who have attended. The fruit has been evident not only in personal growth, but in increased confidence, clarity of calling, and spiritual maturity among participants.
After much prayer and discernment, a decision was made in August that it was time to bring this project to a close. This was not due to lack of fruit, but rather a recognition of seasons. We sensed the leading of the Lord to intentionally make space for new initiatives that are currently being prayerfully planned at the time of writing. We honour what God has done through Warrior Class and give thanks for the foundations laid, trusting that the fruit will continue to multiply in the lives of those who have been part of the journey.

## _Prophetic Mentoring_
The charity ran a number of Prophetic Mentoring days in-person (and via livestream) with extended times of worship, ministry and teaching. We also ran online meetings to equip people throughout 2024-25. The main events conducted during these 18 months were held in Leicester in February, March and September 2025 and in Wolverhampton in June 2025. Monthly Mentoring Zoom calls also took place in between the in-person events.
## _Company of Prophets_
Company of Prophets (COP) has continued to grow and flourish. We are now welcoming members from across the UK and from other nations, reflecting both the hunger for prophetic maturity and the reach of this community. Through practical training, intentional discipleship, and personal coaching, members of COP have grown in confidence, accuracy, and effectiveness in their callings.
There is a strong and healthy community forming among members, marked by accountability, encouragement, and shared pursuit of God. We are deeply encouraged by the feedback received and pleased with the spiritual growth and development that has taken place. It is evident that the Lord is shaping a people who not only hear His voice, but carry His heart with humility, integrity, and wisdom.
## _Convergence Conferences_
Convergence is our annual national conference and was hosted in Noember 2024 and again in November 2025. These were both held in Leicester as a central location allowing attendees access from around the UK. We also ran two Regional Convergence Conferences in Portsmouth: January 2025 and in Scarborough: March 2025. All events were well attended with many new people attending for the first time. Further regional events are planned in the forthcoming year, with another being added in the South-West. We were thrilled again to see people joining these conferences in person and online from the UK and many other nations.
## **Financial Review**
Total receipts on unrestricted funds were £121,925. The main sources of income were £70,795 from donations and offerings and £49,066 from conferences, subscriptions and ticket sales. Total Payments amounted to £113,270 mainly comprised of £47,500 paid to the founders for professional services, £37,798 for conference expenses, £7,956 for honoraria to guest speakers, £5,722 for website, social media, and information technology, £4,234 for travel, hotels and guest meals, £5,908 on banking, payment system fees and insurance, £1,000 as a gift to a leadership initiative, and £3,152 on miscellaneous items.
Restricted donations were £14,772 during this period, which funded £14,415 of new assets comprised of studio and sound equipment.
This resulted in a year end surplus of £9,012, of which £307 is restricted and the remainder unrestricted.
Current assets in the bank at year end were £14,558 along with other assets (studio and sound equipment) of £14,674.

## **Reserves Policy**
The charity has a reserves policy to hold a minimum of £2,000 in the bank, and this was target was met throughout the period of this report and accounts.
## **Volunteers**
We would especially like to thank all the volunteers who work so hard to ensure every event we run is of high quality and a resounding success.
## **Structure, Governance and Management**
The Charitable Incorporated Organization (CIO) was constituted by a CIO Foundation Constitution on 17[th] July 2024 and is administered and managed by the Trustees of Legacy Ministries International. The CIO Foundation Constitution requires there to be at least three Trustees. Apart from the first charity Trustees, every Trustee must be appointed for a term of three years by a resolution passed at a properly convened meeting of the charity Trustees. In selecting individuals for appointment as charity Trustees, the charity Trustees must have regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administration of the CIO.
## **Reference and Administrative details**
The Charitable Incorporated Organization is named ‘Legacy Ministries International’. The registered charity number is 1209174. The Charities principal address is 62 Shakespeare Close, Leicester, LE3 2SX. The following were Trustees of the charity during the period of this report were: Mr. Lindsay Scott, Mrs. Amada Heath, Mr. Philip John.
