**Objects:** TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 18-25 RESIDING IN THE DERBYSHIRE OR NOTTINGHAM AREA WHO HAVE FINISHED THEIR EDUCATION, HAVE NO CHOSEN CAREER PATH AND/OR CURRENTLY UNEMPLOYED, BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS, PRIMARILY THROUGH:A) PROVIDING SUPPORT WITH THEIR TRANSITION FROM EDUCATION INTO EMPLOYMENT/WORKPLACE;B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE IN SETTING CAREER/LIFE GOALS AND WITH EFFECTIVE DECISION MAKING.

**Activities:** Free online and in person group workshops and 1-2-1 support promoting sustainable decision making in order to make informed career and employment choices
