For the public benefit, the relief of poverty or distress among the elderly within the UK in particular but not exclusively by (a) the advancement of good mental and physical health among the elderly; (b) the promotion and support of employment and educational opportunities for the elderly; and (c) the provision of grants in furtherance of the above objectives.

Since establishment, the Charity has awaited approval from the Charity Commission for the transfer to it, of assets from Age Endeavour Fellowship (charity no. 209489), and for the opening of relevant bank accounts.
Once these steps have been accomplished the Charity will be able to commence activities.
