## **Reference and Administrative Details** 

The charity was registered with the Charity Commission as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) on 12 July 2024. 

## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

Aylesbury Hindu Temple CIO was established as the successor organisation to Aylesbury Hindu Temple Trust (registered charity number 1180887). The trustees of the CIO are the same individuals who served as trustees of the charitable trust during the reporting period. 

## **Activities and Public Benefit** 

During the year ended 31 March 2025, the CIO carried out no charitable activities. The trustees confirm that they have had due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. 

## **Financial Review** 

For the year ended 31 March 2025, the CIO had: 

- Income: £0 

- Expenditure: £0 

- Assets and liabilities: £0 

No bank account balances or other assets were held by the CIO during the year. Although the CIO was registered on 12 July 2024, all charitable activities, income, expenditure, and assets continued to be managed by the predecessor charity, Aylesbury Hindu Temple Trust (1180887), throughout the financial year. 

This arrangement was maintained to ensure continuity of operations and to allow the completion of outstanding Gift Aid claims. The transfer of the charity’s activities and assets from the charitable trust to the CIO took place in December 2025, after the end of the financial year.
