**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH DEMENTIA IN THE COUNTIES OF WEST SUSSEX AND SURREY AND SURROUNDING AREAS, AND THE NEEDS OF THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, BY THE PROVISION OF A TAILORED DAY CARE SERVICE.

**Activities:** Tapestry Day Club offers high quality, stimulating small group day support for people living with early-stage Dementia while providing valuable respite to their carers.  We employ fully vetted and trained hosts who run their small groups in the comfort and safety of the hosts' family homes.  The day includes optional memory boosting activities, refreshments, a home cooked lunch and transport.
