**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PERSONS LIVING WITH CANCER DIAGNOSES RESIDING THROUGH-OUT WINCHESTER AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, BY MEANS OF BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY:(1) PROVIDING SUPPORT, COUNSELLING, COMPLEMENTARY CARE AND HOLISTIC THERAPIES TO PERSONS LIVING WITH CANCER DIAGNOSES;(2) RAISING AWARENESS AND PROVIDING INFORMATION, PRACTICAL ADVICE AND SIGNPOSTING TO THE PUBLIC AND, IN PARTICULAR, TO PER-SONS AFFECTED BY CANCER; AND(3) PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND MATERIALS TO PROFESSIONALS PROMOTING CANCER PREVENTION.

**Activities:** For the public benefit to provide support, education and practical advice complimentary care for allpersons affected by cancer, their families and carers and providing education and information for patients,families and professionals promoting cancer prevention mainly throughout Winchester and thesurrounding area.
