## **Trustees annual Report to 31[st] March 2025** 

**Following the formation of the Charitable Incorporated Organisation on 9[th] July 2024 and applying for a new bank account we were not able to set up a new account until July 2025 having waited some 18 months for an account to be set up. Subsequently the charity was unable to take in any income and was unable to pay any expenditure under the new charity’s name so any transactions were carried out under the old charity until the new account was finally opened.** 

**The CIO finally had a new account and transactions commenced from the 1[st] September 2025 and will show in the next financial years account including the transfer of all funds to the new charity.** 

**We will be contacting the Charity Commission for help with the final fund transfer and closure of the previous charity-The City of Chester(Bluecoat) Band 508473.**
