**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR AMATEUR ROWING IN THE UK, BUT PARTICULARLY IN AND AROUND LONDON AND WITH A FOCUS ON IMPROVING LGBTQI+ (LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL, TRANSGENDER, QUEER, INTERSEX AND ALL OTHER SPECTRUMS OF SEXUALITY AND GENDER) REPRESENTATION AND PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT.

**Activities:** The promotion of equality and diversity for the public benefit by the elimination of discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation or gender expression and identity by promoting community participation in healthy recreation, irrespective of age, race, sex, sexual orientation, gender reassignment or transitioning, in particular by the provision of facilities for amateur rowing in the UK.
