Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are: 3.1 For The Public Benefit To Promote, Preserve And Protect The Good Mental Health Of The Public, In Particular But Not Exclusively That Of Children And Young People, By Means Of But Not Exclusively: A) Providing Financial And/or Other Support For Those Working To Prevent Suicide, Particularly In Young People, To Develop And/or Implement Suicide Prevention Initiatives;b) Promoting, Supporting And Funding Research Into The Prevention Of Self-Harm And Suicide And The Sharing Of The Useful Results Of Such Research; Andc) Educating The Public In And Improving Their Understanding Of Mental Health, Self-Harm And The Factors Which May Increase The Risk Of Suicide.3.2 For The Public Benefit To Relieve The Needs Of Children And Young People Who Are Experiencing Or At Risk Of Experiencing Poor Mental Health In Such Ways As The Charity Trustees Shall From Time To Time Think Fit, In Particular But Not Exclusively By The Provision Of Grants And Additional Support Services To Schools, Including The Provision Of Musical Instruments And The Provision Of Safe Benches.
