Objects: 1/ The Relief Of Those In Need, Particularly But Not Exclusively Women And Children, Who Are Or Have Been Victim To Physical, Sexual, Emotional, Economic And/or Mental Abuse Within An Intimate Or Family Relationship (domestic Violence); Or Other Gender-Based Violence, Which Shall Include But Not Be Limited To Rape, Prostitution, Gang Violence, Sex-Trafficking, And On-Line Abuse Throughout Tajikistan And Abroad Through The Provision Of Grants To Support Other Charities And Organisations Who Provide Services, Such As, Housing, Education, Clothing And Healthcare To Such Individuals. 2/ The Advancement Of Education At A Public Level Through Training, Outreach Programmes, Support Groups, Research And Training On Understanding The Issues Of Domestic Violence And Gender-Based Violence Throughout Tajikistan And Abroad.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005 And Section 2 Of The Charities Act Northern Ireland) 2008.
