In seeking to pursue Ihe objectives of the church outlined at*)ve.
the Irustees have sought to undertake a¢ts'vities for the public tenefrt viith
regard to the guidan￿ issued by the charity commission on public
benefit.
We have soughl to encourage the worship of God through our 2
public Sunday services every week and public Tuesday Bible study
amost every week, as well as our public coffee moming which is held
most M￿thS on the first Tuesday.

We have sought to advance the Christian fatth through various
events and meetings. for young and old. We have a rn￿tsng each
Sunday specifically for young people. In addition lo this we also invited
the public to an Easter egg hunt al Eastertiffle, to a BBQ in the summer
and we also participated in a local Camival in the summer- where we
had a stall providing a sports game. soft drinks and free literature.
We have also sought to support the work of churches in our
nation. occasionally providing pulixt cover and SUp￿rtIng where there
has been an urgent cause. We have also sought to develop doser
relationships with confessional Baptist churches in the UK. This year has
seen gimng to the advan￿ment of the Christian faith overseas. and the
support of Christians in need. such as giving to supwrt edU￿tion and
churches in the region of Pokot. Kenya.

Achievements and performance
Through the y￿rk of the church, Ihe Christian farth has been made known
to a number of people. Children have benefited from the s(￿[al aspect of
their meetings and have been helped to see the truth of God and the
Christian faith. This has given them a solid grounding for their lives. A
great deal of Christian literaluie has been given to peopl8 in our
communty, and many have had the opportunity of hearing more of the
truth of the Bible. Through our webstle people across the worfd have had
aC￿sS to sennons and written artides. All this has been used to advance
the Christian faith in our communtty and through the world.

Ordinarily Ihe church will nol hold excessive reserves, as we believe that
the monies need to be used constantly for the achiewng of our
objectives. Bul. we would like to have a little more reserve than we do
have. Certainly, we would not seek to have more than a reseNe level of
£20,000. This W(￿Id pTovid8 sufficient cover for the wages of our lull-time
mlnister.

As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible forthe preparatlon of the accounts In
accordance with the requirements of the Char5ties Act 20111.the ACVI. I report in respert of mv
examination of the Trusvs accounts carried out under sectlon 145 of the 2011 Act and Sn carryin8
out my exarnination I have followed all the applicable directions given by the Charity Commission
under sertlon 145{5llbl of the Act.
I confirm that according to Section 145 of the charity Art 2011.1 am qualified to be an independent
examiner, and the Trustees of Trinity Baptist Church are confident that I have the ability and
practical experience to undertake this tas

connection with the examination 8bving me cause to believe that in any material respert:
accounting records were not kept in respect of theTrust as required by sertion 130 of the
Att; or
the accounts do not accord with those records; or
the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the fom and
content of accounts set out in the Charities (Account5 and Reports) Regulations 2008 other
than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
