**Objectives & Activities:** Pearly succour Initiative focuses on the advancement of amateur sports for children and young people in primary and secondary schools in the United Kingdom and Nigeria through the provision of grants to schools and organisations for athletics equipment to those who cannot afford it. The charity also focuses on conducting fun and inclusive physical activities for children with special educational needs and disabilities in the United Kingdom and distributing sports toys to vulnerable children. 

**Achievement and Performance:** Pearly Succour Initiative was recently registered and still in the early stages of development. Now, the charity is setting its foundation both online and in person to ensure smooth sailing. No official work has been carried out as at the time of this financial report. The charity has not generated any income
