Roehampton Cultural Centre (“RCC”) is a registered charity governed by its constitution and operates in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to charities in England and Wales.
The charity is managed by a board of trustees who are responsible for the overall governance, strategic direction, and financial management of the organisation. Trustees are appointed in accordance with the governing document and meet regularly to review the charity’s activities, finances, safeguarding responsibilities, and operational matters.
The trustees voluntarily dedicate their time and expertise to ensure that the charity continues to operate effectively and in the best interests of the local community.

Objectives and Public Benefit
The objectives of the charity are to advance the Islamic faith, promote community cohesion, provide educational and religious activities, and support the wellbeing of the wider community in Roehampton and surrounding areas.
The charity delivers public benefit through:

During the reporting period, RCC continued to provide regular religious and community services for residents & wider public despite operational and financial challenges associated with venue arrangements and ongoing organisational development.
The charity successfully maintained:

A significant focus during the year was the continued development and use of community facilities to accommodate growing attendance and provide a safe, accessible, and welcoming environment for worshippers and visitors.
The trustees are pleased to report continued community engagement and strong volunteer support throughout the year. The charity remains committed to strengthening community cohesion, supporting families and young people, and promoting positive engagement within the local area.
The trustees also worked closely with local stakeholders and venue providers to ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and operational requirements.

The principal sources of income during the year were community donations, charitable contributions, and voluntary support from members of the local community.
