I confirm that for the reporting period June 17 2024 to December 31 2024 there are no accounts pertaining to the above Charity for the reasons set out in the Annual Trustee Report.
The Charity had no funds until 16 June 2025 when the assets of the American Theatre Organ Society UK Chapter ( reg number 293238) were transferred to the Wurlitzer Heritage Trust and the former Charity struck from the Charity Commission register.
TWHT 1208875 will submit it’s 2025 annual accounts before the deadline of 31 October 2026 which will reflect it’s financial status now it has received the funds to pursue it’s aims and objectives.
