Governing Document: The charity is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) governed
by its Constitution dated 27ih lune 2024.
Appointment of Trustees: Trustees are appointed in accordance wlth the provisions set out
in the Constitution.
Organisational Structure: The Trustees are responsible for the strategic direction and
governance of the charity. As the charity had no operational activity during the year, no stsff
were employed and no sub-committees were formed.
Objectives and Activities
Objects of the Charity.. The charity's objective is to advance education for the benefit of
pupils of Saint Olave's Grammar School by providing enrichment opportunities and
supporting development initiatives beyond statutory provision.
Public Benefit Statement: The Trustees confirni that they have referred to the Charity
Commission'5 guidance on public benefit when reviewing the chariWs aims and objectives
and in planning fvture activities.
Achievements and Performance
During the year ended 31 March 2025. the charity undertook no fundraising grant-making,
or operational attivity during the year, although the charity remained active and in good
standing.
No incorne was received and no expenditure was incurred during the reporting period.
The Trustees ensured that the charity remained complianl with statutory reporting and
regulatory requirements.

The charity held no assets or liabilities at the year end.
Reserves Policy: The Trustee5 approved a reserves policy which reflects the risks to the
organization. As it is principally a fundraising charity to assist St Olave's Grammar School
and a5 it is not anticipated to employ staff at this stage. trustees agreed the principles of the
policy but have not defined a target level of reserves at this stage.
Going Concern.. The Trustees consider the charity to be a going concern. Although there was
no financial activity during the year, the charity remains established for its charitable
purposes.
Plans for Future Periods
The Charity started trading in May 2025 and has generated Income since that time.
Statement of Trustees, Responsibil itles
The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees, Annual Report and financial
statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards
(United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).
In preparing these financial statements. the T￿SteeS are required to.. select suitable
accounting policies and apply them consistently,. observe the methods and principles in the
Charlties SORP (FRS 102); make judgments and estimates that are reasonable and prudent;
State whether applicable accounting standards have been followed.. and prepare the
rinancial statements on a going concern basis unle55 It is inappropriate to presume that the
charity will contlnue in operation.
The Trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records and safeguarding the
assets OF the charity and for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of
fraud and other irregularities.

Charities SORP (FRS 102) and applicable charity law. The charity had no financial
transaetions during the year.
