2. Trustees’ Report for the Year Ended 31 March 2025
The Trustees are pleased to present their annual report of In Your Corner Charitable Trust (“the Charity”) for the year ended 31 March 2025.
This report has been prepared in accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practice: Accounting and Reporting by Charities (SORP 2019, FRS102).
3. Legal and Administrative Details
In Your Corner Charitable Trust was incorporated on 27 June 2024 . The financial year ending 31 March 2025 represents the Trust’s first reporting period.
4. Structure, Governance and Management
During this initial period, the Charity was in the process of transitioning activity from its predecessor organisation, In Your Corner Emotional Wellbeing Limited (Company Number 11178115) , into the newly established charitable structure. The trustees focused on governance, compliance, recruitment, and the organisational changes necessary for the transfer of activities into the charitable entity.
The CEO of the company, In Your Corner Emotional Wellbeing Limited resigned 31[st] March 2025. A CEO for the Charity was appointed 2[nd] March 2025.
5. Activities and Achievements
As the transition process remained ongoing throughout the financial year, no charitable activities were delivered by the Charity during this period . All programme delivery and related operations continued to be administered by the previous legal entity.
6. Financial Review
For the period from incorporation on 27 June 2024 to 31 March 2025, the Trust received no income and incurred no expenditure as confirmed by our Independent Accountants. The financial statements therefore reflect no financial transactions for the year, consistent with the Charity’s status as a newly established charity in preparation for future activity.

7. Plans for Future Periods
The trustees confirm In Your Corner Charitable Trust commenced its charitable activities on 1 April 2025 . The Charity will carry forward all programme delivery, governance responsibilities, and operational activity from this date. The trustees anticipate that the next financial year will reflect the full scope of the Charity’s work, including income and expenditure associated with its activities.
