**Activities:** Routes4Life Ltd provides education for students aged 19 to 25 with complex learning needs. Through personalised learning programmes, students develop functional life skills to enable them to be prepared for their future lives. Some students may be supported into work, supported living or to a community activity programme. The provision prepares them for a successful transition.
