**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF THE HISTORY OF BRISTOL AND THE WIDER WORLD, WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON WORKING CLASS NARRATIVES, THE LABOUR MOVEMENT AND THE TRANSATLANTIC SLAVE TRADE. IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THIS WILL BE BY PROMOTING RESEARCH, HOLDING EVENTS, THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS VIA A DIGITAL RESOURCE AND PUBLISHING RESEARCH IN ANY FORM AND IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT.

**Activities:** Bristol Radical History Group publishes research which it carries out, holds lecturers , meetings and festivals and provides speakers to other interested parties.
