**Objects:** THE PURPOSES OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN THE UK FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY:• PROVIDING PRACTICAL ADVICE AND SUPPORT TO CHRISTIAN CHURCHES TO ASSIST IN DEVELOPING THEIR MINISTRY, PASTORAL AND OUTREACH PROGRAMMES;• EVANGELISING TO THE PUBLIC, DEVELOPING AND PERFORMING MUSICAL WORSHIP EVENTS AND PROVIDING PASTORAL CARE AND SUPPORT FOR LOCAL CHURCHES AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY;• CONDUCTING A RANGE OF ACTIVITIES IN FURTHERANCE OF CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY, THE ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE OF YOUNG PEOPLE, AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, ALL AS A PRACTICAL OUTWORKING OF FAITH IN THE COMMUNITY.

**Activities:** We support children, young people and vulnerable adults in the UK through practical assistance, education and community support. We deliver outreach services providing food and clothing to people facing hardship and homelessness. We offer mentoring, wellbeing support and counselling, and work with other charities to improve access to services. Optional spiritual support is available on request.
