Anchors Juniors Company Section Seniors Leaders Two of our Anchor5 moved away over the summer break. But we have gained 3 new boys. who started in September {1 Anchor & 2 Juniors) The 3 of them are brothers! We have re￿ntlY had two porents join the leadership team. l Helper & I Residential Artivity Helper. Of our 8 leaders. 4 are Lieutenants, 3 Are Helpers and one is a Residential Attivity Helper. Although one of the helpers is inactrve, as they haven't been to any meeting nights. We have a new Minister. and he is still to be listed as our Chaplain. We have a Families & Youth Worker employed at Ponteland Methodist 7-4Boys&3 Girls 5-4Boys&lGirl l-Girl l-Boy

Church and she is also going through the registration process. Our Senior boy 15 just starting his Kin¥5 Badge. If he attains it. he will be ISI Ponteland's first Kingsman. We are joining the 18 Gateshead on their camp to the Scottish Borders over th the weekend of 25 - 28 October. 8 Gateshead (PDI- Paul updated the meeting of the plan to close the company in 2026. There are now 14 lads remaining in the company and activities continue to take place. 6 lads completed their Silver D of E in the summer and the company has just had a weekend camp to Whittonstall.Tickets are booked for the Panto and Tyne Theatre and the Company is looking to revisit PGL ford castle next summer. l&h Gateshead {JMISS) Still 80ing strong With over 50 lads across all sections. 18th have lads taking part in Presidents and Kings Badge awards and possibly KGV Heading to Newcastleton over the weekend of 25 - 28th October for activity weekend with I Ponteland. Flnancial report (PD) Paul explained that atthe end of March 2025 the Battalion balance was £77012.In the last financial period the Battalion spend £3400 on activity grants. £385 on the BB Christmas decoration and £828 for the remainder of the cost due to Muckle for their work on out charity commission application. Since March 2025 the battalion has spent £3750 on activity grants and £339 on training grants.£10￿ was received from WA Handley and the current balance sits at £73708.51 Paul raised the issue of the Battalion Training Bursary whtch has a 3 tiered funding system (Battalion / District/Nationall. Paul proposed that the 3 tiered system was scrapped and that 100% of training costs would be funded.ln terms of travel Paul also proposed that for courses in excess of 100 miles travel the current 2nd class rail fare would remain and that a 25p per mile would be introduced. Travel under l(M) miles would be funded by companies.- agreed by meet5n& Paul to update tralnlng bursary form. Flnanclal report accepted by Trustees Election of Office Bearers / Trustees Proposed by ILDI and seconded by { JM) that the existin8 office holders be re-elected. all agreed Trustees to remain the same and serve for another year David infornied the meeting that this would be hls last year and he was standlng down at the next AGM
