Praise Trust CIO (Charity No 12087511 was Set up by the trustees of the preexlsting Praise Trust (Charity No 10565291 and was registered with the Charty Commission on 20 June 2024. At our AGM for the pre-existing charity Praise Trust on 20 November 2024. w8 r8solved to transfer all assets, funds. insurance. contracts and intellectual property rights of the existing charity to Pralse Trust CIO. this change to take effect on 31 January 2025. However. the transfer took longer than expected, due to a Slow process in setting up bank accounts for the new CIO. Therefore the process was delayed beyond 31 March 2025 into the newfinancial year of both trusts. The existingTrust continued to operate beyond the end of the flnan¢l81 year 2024-25. and no funds weT8 transferred duringtfie financialyear 1104124-31103125. We hav8 therefore attached a financial report for Praise Trust CIO that shows nil batances. As no funds were involved. and inoependenrexaminerwas not needed.
