The oblectfve of the assoclatlon Is to advance the educatton of the puplls at Wlllowbank School bv
provldlng and asslsttng sn the provlsion of faclllles for educatton not normally provlded by the Local
Fducailon Authorlty.

Governance
The CIO Is mana8ed by Its trustees, who are the only vofjng members, Trustees meet regularly to revlew
pro8re5s, plan acdvifjes, and ensure compllance with the con5titutton and charlty law. Decislons are
Inade collectivelyi and all trustees share responslbllity for the governance and strateglc direction of the
organisation.
Durlng thls repordng perlod, the trustees focused on planning future fundrai51n8 athvI￿es and
5trenBthenSng engagement with the school communlty.
Achievements and Performance
Durin8 this reporting period, no funds have been raised. However, the trustees have a¢tively planned

Ralsin8 funds for extra-curricular activlties to enrich pupils, learnlng experiences.
Securing funds for the purchase of a mlnibLSS, which will enhance opportunifjes for educatfonal vlslts

Although no Income was generated thls year, the trustees have focused on bulldlng reladonships and
laying the groundwork for succe55ful fundraisln8 in the comlng year.
Safeguarding and Compliance
The trustees recognlse their responsiblllty to ensure that all activities comply wlth relevant safeguarding
requlrements. Any fundralsing events or aCtivI￿e5 Involvlng puplls will adhere to the school's

The CIO has complled with its obll8atlons under charity law and has had regard to the Charity
Commission'5 guidance on public benefit throu8hout the year.
Financial Review
There has been no Income or eXpendItu￿ durlng thls repor￿ng perlod. The CIO currently holds no
reserves.
The trustees are committed to ensurlng that all future funds ralsed wlll be managed responslbly and In
accordance wlth the CIO'S objecttves.

The trustees plan to:
Launch fundralslng campal8ns In the next flnanclal year.
Explore grant opportunltle5 and communlty partner5hlps to support the purchase of a mlnlbus and
fund extra-currlcular actiVi￿es.
