## **Trustees Annual Report to the Charity Commission** 

## **June 2024 to October 2025** 

1. Meetings 

- Nine meetings were held. 

- Seven, on zoom and, 

- Two in person. In person meetings were held, first at Rev. Oluyinka Dairo’s residence on 9[th] July 2024, and second one at Rev Nike Olubuyides residence on Wednesday 12[th] February 2025 

2. Five meetings on zoom were held on 

   - 08/06/24. Discussed the registration with charity commission 

   - 13/06/24. Amendments of constitution and Adoption of minutes of previous meeting 

   - 14/11/24. Discussed the death of a member and how to provide financial support for their family. Approval of £250.00 donation was given by the trustees 

   - Tuesday December 8[th] 2024. Discussed support for charity organisations and old people homes in the neighbourhood. Trustees agreed to spending up to £300.00 on this through food donation to old peoples homes. 

   - Wednesday 23 July 2025. Discussed charity commissions email on new guidelines and insights into Trustee Motivation and Skills. And to raise the awareness of the Trustee week 2025 coming up in November 2025 

   - Ad hoc meeting on Friday September 13, 2025, discussed financial support for the family of a deceased member for burial. Trustee gove approval for a financial gift of £250 

   - Thursday 16[th] October, 2025. Discussed the request for financial support from a Pakistani Mission. Approval for a one-off £250.00 was given by the Trustees. Arrangements for a group holiday for members were also discussed.
