ConstitutiM &$ adapted and amplified in Its Management Manual.
Under the Conststution. the Presidenl 1st Vice Pre5idenL Secretary and Tr¢&5UTer are
automatically trusiees. There is one other tnL8lee elected Arom the m￿bership. All trustees
e elected (or re4ethd) at the Club's Annual GeneTrl Me¢tsn8.

Acllvldes
The Club operates mainly in PembToke. Pembroke Dock and the surrounding distrTcI in SW
Pembrokeslllre. Its actsvits'es fall mto two mam Categones. F￿dr￿sll￿ and Community
Service.
Funds are rwsed by the Club's Chanty Shop. Santas Toy Workshop. Coffee and Craft
Momings . raffles and personal donatsons..
The Club u8es m05t of th¢ fwids raised to donale lo charilable other worthy ¢au5es
mainly in the local areA The funds ore also ￿ed to nm Commujity Servic¢ events
such &% takU￿ yo￿8 Car￿8 10 h'n Bowling and tree pl8ntm8 * local Primary schools.
Achlevement
Lions Year 2024125 was a very successful and higbly prod￿1Ve one for the Club.
The Charity Shop nett takmgs inly￿ed to approx £ 58(Ki th¢ lu.￿eSt level in rec￿1 years.
Santa's Xmas Toy workshop rnised almost £4(￿.
Other athvities suth &8 Coffee & Craft Mornings. Easter Egg Draw and stslls at local
agriculiural fwrs netted ar0￿d £ 5700.
And the public made donations an￿￿1)ng to approx £1750.
s a result the Club was able to make financial al￿ matenal donatsons lo primarllly local
sports clubs, sch￿1$. youth organisats'ons 8nd other worthy causes but also lo n￿.0ftaI and

Internati￿81 charities to a totsl value of over £13.(KM).
Additsonally it also funded and Organi￿ several pubhc service acts'vities m the a
incluth'n8 tskin8 Young Carers 10 Pin Bowling, planting trets with first year pupils at 8
primary schools. and at xm￿ gave food vouchers to the homeless and food hampers to
needy families.
The Club's efforts and ackn'evements. particularly in SUp￿rt of the I￿al community. are well
re¢ognisfyl and much appreciated..
Finance

time.

was the dIr￿l result of a d￿jared lo reduce the year ald balance to an acceptsble
minimum level. wlH"Ist at the sanx ts.me m&ntsffling a sufficitht reserve ty handle any
conthngencies.
