In the year the charity had limited activrtieslachievemenls due to il being the first year. the main activities began post year end during the summer months of 2025. During the year relaling to the accounts, the chanty held a dean up on the battle site under a preservation effort lo make the area more natural for those walking it. The charity also made visits lo schools to do demonstrations and presentations about the battle and the relevant time period in history. Due to limited aclivity in the ear, there are no costs other than those paid in resF*d of payments received through third party payment collections. The grants provmled have allowed the charity to cover any upfront costs that will anse ahead of the event before fvrther incomes in the 2025 calendar ear. The charrty aims lo hold minimal reserves. the only reserves carried forward will be in relation to covering costs for the following year that need lo be paid before income$ for that period arise. These grants thal have allowed a carried fowiard reserve are down to a liming dfference based on the dales in vthich local authorities pay out grant money for a calendar year that does not align with the ear end of the cha At the year end, there was a carried forward figure of £13,993.00. These are kept for the reasons staled above. There will always be a reserve figure carried forward bul there is no aim to build up excess amounts due to an emphasis in the charity to not operate lo make money but to breakeven so thal public benefit 1$ rioritised. No ￿ndS are in deficit at the year end or the date of the re rt bein ned. There are no uncertainties in respect of going concem for the charity with all funds being positive and there bein9 no plan lo cease operats"on. The only factor that would need to be considered would be in relation to the charity needing lo scale down the size of its projects rf less grant money was awarded from local councils.
