At an Extraordinary Meeting of the Trustees of Thè Sidmouth L￿nS Club Charity Trust Fund
Registered Charity No. 1015311 ('the Trusy) hekj on 21 May 2024, that charity's Trustees
approved the intention for its actiVit￿S and assets to be transferred to Sidmouth Ltons Club
(CIO) following its incorporatk)n and enty on the Charlty Commission register. On 22
October 2024 th8 Charity CommissKJn for England aThJ Wa￿S issued an authorisalion for th8
transfer of the Trust's assets & liabi1it18S to the new CIO in accordancè with s8Ction 105 of
th8 Chariti98 Act 2011.
At a meeting of the Trust's Trustees on 12 Marth 2025 an amendment to tts Trust Deed was
approved confimiing its ability to transfèr assèts and activities to Sidmouth Lions Club
(CIO) wlth effect from 1° July 2025.
