**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO ISTHE ADVANCEMENT OF THE AMATEUR SPORT OF BOXING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF BOXING NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.

**Activities:** Arena Bournemouth Amateur Boxing Club provides safe, structured boxing training for young people. We support SEND participants, encourage LGBT inclusion, and deliver youth projects addressing mental health, mentoring, confidence and knife crime prevention. As a community hub, we work closely with families and Dorset Probation to promote positive behaviour, wellbeing and life skills through sport.
