2. Structure, Governance and Management
THRIVE THERAPEUTIC FOUNDATION is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) governed by its constitution.
The trustees are responsible for the overall management and control of the charity and for ensuring that it operates in furtherance of its charitable objects. The trustees meet as required to review the charity’s activities and oversee governance and compliance matters.
3. Objectives and Activities
The charity’s objects are:
To relieve the needs of those who have experienced or are experiencing domestic abuse and conflict in the home and those who are exposed to such or similar through:
a) Practical advice, support in a safe space and access to community services;
b) Counselling and therapy to those affected by mental health issues arising from their experiences;
c) Raising public awareness of domestic abuse and conflict in the home, including its nature, impact, causes and alleviation.
During the year the charity was in its establishment phase and did not undertake operational charitable activities.
The trustees confirm that they have had due regard to the public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission for England and Wales .
4. Financial Review
The charity received no external income during the year.
The charity incurred £1,188 of set-up and registration costs during the period. These costs were paid personally by the trustees on behalf of the charity and remain payable by the charity.

Net movement in funds: £(1,188)
At the year end the charity had no cash funds. The charity had an outstanding liability of £1,188 to the trustees in respect of the set-up costs paid on behalf of the charity.
No trustee received remuneration or other benefits from the charity during the year.
5. Plans for Future Periods
The trustees intend to commence charitable activities in the next financial period in furtherance of the charity’s objects. This will include developing partnerships with relevant organisations, raising awareness of the charity’s work and seeking funding to support future services.
6. Trustee Responsibilities Statement
The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ Annual Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards.
The trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty to have due regard to the public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission for England and Wales .
