Trustees Annual Report for the Period Ended 30[th] June 2025
During the period ended 30[th] June 2025 your Trustees set out the operational framework for the Charity and drew up the necessary Protocols to ensure proper Governance, Working Practices, Safeguarding and other relevant areas.
Your Trustees negotiated the agreement for the Lease of the Charity’s premises from the Landlords of the building
Your Trustees negotiated an agreement with the Trustees of Shopmobility Stockport for the transfer of certain assets from that Charity into Shopmobility Greater Manchester wjen Shopmobility Stockport closes
Your Trustees negotiated an agreement with Transport for Greater Manchester to provide training for owners of suitable mobility scooters to use the Metrolink Tram service
Your Trustees advertised extensively for Volunteers to assist with the operation of the Charity. As at the Period End this had been unsuccessful but we are pleased to report that post-period end two Volunteers have come forward and have proved entirely satisfactory.
Following these preliminary works the Charity commenced operations on 1[st] July 2025 and is successfully building a strong client base with excellent feedback
