Objectives andActivities of the Charityfor Publlc Benefit The Purpose of the charity as set out in its governing document are ff: To propagate the gospel ofjesus Christ and advancethe Christian faith in accordance with the statement of beliets To bring humanitarian relieftothe lowlyand vulnerable. promotingtheir wellbeing. To equip and empower people in the knowledge oftruth ofthe gospel characterised by love. thereby bringing liberation. confidence and peace to the many. To look after orphans and widows and the less privileged The maln activities undertaken by the charity in relation to those purposes during the year The charitycollaborated with The Covenant Nation UK church to organise two events namely. Instant Food bank and Christm8s on the Street Outreach events. These outreach events brought humanitarian relietto the most vulnerable in the Catford community and the surrounding area. We offered prayers and counselling and emotional support during our outreach events which saw many responses and impacts. We also undertook personal and group evangelisms We distributed free bibles and Christian literatures to help communitywith their faith journey. We held motivational talks to help young people make better life choices. We gave out free hot meals. foodstuffs and household products. FINANCIAL STATEMNETS The charity did not receive any income orfinancial donations duringthe year. All expenses and resourceswere provided and paid for directly byThe Covenant Nation UK. The Charity did not have anyAssets held in its name duringthe year. ESTEEMED BY LOVE Trustees, Annual Reports for the year ended 28 February 2025 Statement of Trustees. Responsibilities The Charity's trustees are responsible forthe preparation ofthe accounts in accordance with the terms ofthe Charities Act 2011 and the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008. Notwithstandingthe explicit requirement in the extent statutory regulations. the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008, to prepare the financi81 statements in accordance with the SORP 2005. in view ofthe fact that the SORP has been withdrawn, the Trustees determined to interpretthis responsibility as requiringthem to follow current best practice and prepare the Accounts ac¢ordingto the FRS 102 SORP 2015. The Law requires that the Trustees must not approve the Accounts unless they are satisfied that theygive a true and faire view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the surplus or deficit of the year. The Trustees are also required to maintain adequate accounting records that discloses with reasonable accuracy at anytime. the financial position of the charity and which are subjectto show and explain, the charity's transactions and enable them to ensure that, the financial statements complywith regulations made underthe charity legislation. They are also responsible for safeguardingthe assets of the charityand hence fortaking reasonable steps forthe prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
