## **The Heicopter Foundation - Chair’s Report December 2025** 

The CIO was set up on 6th June 2024, with four trustees and over the course of the required reporting period one trustee resigned at the end of March and another was appointed. Trustees are selected based on their knowledge of the subject matter and their ability to develop the collection. 

Work began on drawing up a Lending and Borrowing Policy for the collection, as well as planning to start work on an Accession Register to create a complete list of the artefacts held. Once this work has been completed items will be made available to the public to view and to Museum’s and Collections to borrow in accordance wth the terms of the Lending and Borrowing Policy.
