During the financial year ended 30 April 2025, the charity remained
dormant and did not commence operational activities.
Achievements and Performance
The trustees did not undertake any charitable activities during the year.
Financial Review
The charity received no income and incurred no expenditure during the
year.
At the end of the financial year, the charity had no assets and no liabilities.

Challenges and Administrative Delays
During the financial year, the trustees experienced administrative delays in
establishing the charity's operational infrastructure. In particular, the
charity encountered difficulties in opening a bank account. Applications
were submitted to more than one bank; however, additional compliance
checks, documentation requirements, and regulatory procedures resulted
in delays beyond the trustees, control.
The trustees have continued to address these requirements and remain
committed to completing the banking arrangements in order to enable the
charity to commence its activities in the next financial period.
Plans for Future Periods
The trustees are working towards finalising the charity's banking
arrangements and establishing the necessary administrative structure in
order to commence charitable activities in the next financial year.
