**Activities:** The Alex Lewis Float Foundation aims to create and support endeavours surrounding education, development and implementation of assisted technology, for the disabled and ageing  community. Providing grant funding and guidance for PhD research  in Assisted Tech development projects. At leading Universities. Also funding , guidance and mentoring for masters student design and engineering projects
