**Objects:** TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO THOSE RESIDING IN COASTAL COMMUNITIES WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, ILL-HEALTH, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS, NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANISATIONS AND CHARITIES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE WITH A FOCUS ON ACTIVITIES AND INITIATIVES THAT ADDRESS MENTAL HEALTH, HOMELESSNESS AND ADDICTION.

**Activities:** The Waves Foundation is a grant-giving organisation that funds charities, not for profit organisations and individuals supporting young people (16-25 yo) and other disadvantaged people in coastal communities in England and Wales. We are particularly interested in projects to combat homelessness or addiction, to support mental health and wellbeing, and personal or professional skills development.
