Oriel Science is an educational charity which engages the public and school students with cutting-edge STEAMM research and innovation from universities and other organisations. Our mission is to use the wow factor of this research to inspire and enhance the Future Generations educational and career journeys, address under-representations, and enrich the general public's affinity with science.
Objects: 1. To Advance Education, In Particular But Not Limited To Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics And Medicine (Steamm) Education By Means Including, But Not Limited To: I) Providing Workshops For School Groups And Young People, Particularly Amongst Under-Represented Groups, To Advance Their Career Journeys Ii) Providing A Public Engagement Programme To Enhance The General Public’s Science Capital 2. The Charity Will Also Advance Such Other Charitable Purposes, Which Are Beneficial To The Public And Which Are Consistent With The Objects Stated Above, As Trustees In Their Absolute Discretion Determine.
