## **Trustees’ Annual Report** 

Light at the End is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation governed by its constitution. The trustees are responsible for the governance, strategy and financial management of the charity. Four trustees served during the period and all acted on a voluntary basis. 

The charity’s objects are to support individuals through access to resources and support that improve wellbeing, inclusion and personal development. Trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. 

During the period the charity successfully secured a restricted technology grant which enabled the purchase of IT and presentation equipment. All items were purchased in line with the approved funding application and are now used to support the charity’s activities. 

Total income for the period was £1,525.49, with total expenditure of £1,459.80. Unrestricted reserves at the period end were £72.16. No restricted funds were carried forward. 

The trustees review risks regularly and plan future activity in line with available resources.
