**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION (THE OBJECTS) IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY:2.1 DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL2.2 ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.

**Activities:** A PTA is a Parent Teacher Association; an organisation with the objective of making the school a better place for children to learn. The Yardley PTA brings together parents, teachers and children to raise funds and strengthen the community. The PTA arranges events such as summer fairs and other community events. Money raised is spent on items or activities that the school budget does not cover.
