**Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document**
The object of the CIO is to relieve the poverty of individuals and families in need living in the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames and neighbouring areas, predominantly through the provision of food and sanitary items.
Share and Care Collective is a UK registered charity and community food resource covering SW13 & SW14 in London. As a result of the generosity of all our benefactors and the efforts of volunteers, we provided more than 1,400 weekly family bags of daily essentials to support families in need. At Christmas families received advent calendars, one substantial gift per child (co-ordinated by S&CC but provided by Gift Tree), mother’s pamper packs and festive food treats. At Easter all children received Easter eggs. Families’ size and children’s ages are taken account, plus food restrictions such as only eating halal meat. As well as donations of items that were passed onto the families served by S&CC, the charity receives many gifts in kind that make its work possible. New shelving units for storing items were donated and installed by Sarah and Shaun McNicholas. As well as all volunteers providing their time free of charge, those who collect the donated food or drive the food bags to schools do so without reimbursement for any fuel costs. East Sheen Village, Barnes Community Association and Hare & Hounds provide fundraising opportunities for S&CC free of charge
## **Section E Financial review**

As well as food and non-food items donated, S&CC receive regular weekly or monthly donations which totalled £4,768 in this period. S&CC also achieved an income of £1,544 across its fundraising events such as those ran by East Sheen Village, Hare & Hounds and the Barnes Community Association. In addition, generous one-off donations were received including £1,500 from The Mason’s fundraiser at Ariel Festival, £500 from Barnes Community Association (from their Christmas 2024 events) and £389 from the Barnes Horticultural and Allotments Society.
