**being considered for August at**
**Letchworth Golf Club.**

**were held in the period of this annual**
**return but preparations were well**
**underway for the first event at Stevenage**

A description of the principal Para 1.46 We over extend ourselves during these
risks facing the charity first few years when we are still
learning how to manage the charity
and the football events that we run and
as a result over promise and under
deliver.
As fundraising is seen as our principle
means of income it is important that we
only consider providing activity
sessions when we have sufficient
funds to cover the foreseen cost of the
planned events. If we do not have
sufficient funds then the event will not
take place. We do not plan to go into
the red financially.
We become too successful, attracting
more children than we can efficiently
manage to a session and we cannot
attract enough trainers of the right
calibre to support those sessions.
