## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

The charity is governed by its constitution and managed by a board of trustees who are responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of the organisation. Trustees serve on a voluntary basis and meet as required to ensure proper administration of the charity. 

## **Objectives and Activities** 

The charity’s objectives are to carry out activities for the public benefit in accordance with its governing document. The charity works for general charitable purposes, focusing on disability and the prevention or relief of poverty. It helps children and young people, the elderly and old people, and people with disabilities. The charity provides support by making grants to individuals and organisations, and operates throughout England. 

## _**Activities During the Period**_ 

During the reporting period from 29 May 2024 to 31 March 2025, the charity did not undertake any charitable activities. The trustees maintained the charity in a dormant operational state while retaining funds for future charitable use. 

## **Financial Review** 

The charity received income from membership fees during the reporting period. There was no expenditure during the period.
