The charity’s activities are focused around education and community building. This is often through delivering talks and workshops at educational institutions in Worcester. The Anti-Racism Initiative also works with the Worcestershire Black Cultural Association and the Worcester City Council regarding community building events and celebrations such as Black History Month, Windrush Day and local community consultations.

Achievements and performance
The Anti-Racism Initative has worked with several educational institutions across Worcester to educate on issues of discrimination, local and national history as well as support local educational institutions with EDI.
The charity has worked with teaching staff, hundreds of students and delivered several talks between this financial period. Additionally, the charity has worked with other local groups to celebrate different communities, learn about different cultures and encourage discussion.
