Objectives and Activities
The objectives of the charity are to further such charitable purposes as the trustees see fit from time to time, in particular but not limited to the advancement of education and the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage.
During this period, the charity focused on establishing its operational framework and engaging with the community to identify key areas of need. Activities included fundraising through digital platforms and community collections to support future projects.
Achievements and Performance
In its first period of operation, the charity successfully registered with the Charity Commission and established its governance structure. We have successfully processed donations and community contributions totaling £3,216.77, which will be used to fund our charitable activities in the coming year.
Financial Review
The charity received a total income of £3,216.77 during the period. Total expenditure was £2,159.45, resulting in a surplus of £1,057.32. These funds are held as unrestricted reserves to support the charity's ongoing objectives.
Reserves Policy: The trustees aim to maintain a level of reserves sufficient to cover at least three months of essential running costs.
