**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AMONG CHILDREN AGED BETWEEN 0-16 YEARS UNDERGOING TREATMENT FOR AN ONGOING, LONG-TERM MEDICAL CONDITION/ILLNESS BY GRANTING WISHES AND PROVIDING SPECIAL EVENTS AND EXPERIENCES TO SUCH PEOPLE WHO ARE PATIENTS AT, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, GREAT ORMOND STREET HOSPITAL. FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM PAEDIATRIC CARDIOMYOPATHY DISEASES IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT (BOTH MEDICAL AND NON-MEDICAL) TO IMPROVE THE PATIENT EXPERIENCE FOR THOSE BEING TREATED FOR RARE PAEDIATRIC CARDIOMYOPATHY DISEASES AT THE CLINIC STAY IN HOSPITAL.

**Activities:** Providing one-off "wishes" ("Rays of Sunshine") to babies and young children with ultra rare paediatric cardiomyopathy diseases who have been referred to and are being treated at the Great Ormond Street Hospital Centre for Inherited Cardiovascular Diseases.In addition the provision of medical and non-medical equipment to the Zayed Centre for Research into Rare Disease in Children at GOSH.
