Actlvltles, Achlevements and Performance Duringthe financial year ended 31 October 2025. Blacon CommunityTrust remained in its establishment and organisational development phase. The trustees focused on developing the governance, administrative, and operational found8tions required to support the future work of the charlty. Work undertaken during the year included: Establishing governance procedures 8nd organlsatlonal pollcles Establishing administrative. governance, and financial management systems Building relationships with local organisations and stakeholders Preparingthe Trust for future community eng8gement and charitable 8Ctivitigs The charity officially launched in May 2024 to begin establishing partnerships and supportingthe future development of initiatives within the Blacon community. No direct charitable activities, fundraising events, community programmes, or operational project8 were delivered during the reporting period. The trustees believe that the work completed during the year provides a strong foundation forthe future developrnent and operation of the charity. Financial Review The charity's total income for the year ended 31 October 2025 was £4,500. Income during the year consisted of donations received to support the establishment and future development of the charity. Duringthe reporting period, the charity incurred expenditure of £1,950 relatingto governance and consultancy support associated with the setup and organisational development of the Trust. At 31 October 2025, the charity held unrestricted funds of £2.550. The trustees are satisfied with the financial position of the ch8rity at the year end and consider that the available funds provide 8n appropri8te basis forthe continued development of the organisation.
