**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 25 LIVING IN LONDON THROUGH:A). THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;B). PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR CONFIDENCE, SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS ENGAGED, RESILIENT AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.IN PARTICULAR WE WILL PROVIDE: 1) INDIVIDUAL MENTORING SUPPORT. 2) GROUP BASED ACTIVITIES THAT SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW SKILLS. 3) A RANGE OF RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS.

**Activities:** Step Out Mentoring provides outdoor based mentoring sessions, group activities, trips and residentials  to children and young people in South London. Our activities are there to support young people to thrive and play positive roles in their communities.
